Security and privacy is taken care of thanks to the firewall support in this program. That's in addition to these regular features among most of FTP clients today such as the ease of Uploading/Downloading of files to/from your computer to any FTP server.The support for Resuming broken downloads/uploads and Change permissions of files hosted on the remote FTP servers. With just one click you can change between BINARY and Ascii modes.
Automatic reconnect when disconnected is an option not found in some other FTP client but is found in FTP Explorer 8.8 . Updates are easily obtained through automatic checking of new versions at the startup of the program.
